1.Tell us why anyone would want come to your hometown?
My current hometown, Watford, is a culturally diverse and vibrant place. It has recently been named as a rainbow town due to its diversity. This small commuter town, with a lot of working professionals and small businesses, caters to needs, entertainment as well as health and wellbeing of people from different cultural backgrounds, ethnicities, country of origin. There is much to soak in, learn and feel fulfilled as a visitor.

2.What are the (2) most important things in your closet and why?
Two most important things in my closet are a warm, green, red, and black checked shirt and a long floral summer dress. The shirt is a smaller fit but it’s dear to me because it was gifted to me by my dad. I love to slip it on top of different colored, complimenting plain t-shirts and a denim jean. The floral dress fits perfectly on me and makes me feel divine.

3.What do you love to cook and why?
I love to cook pesto pasta with olives because it is my daughter’s favorite dish. She absolutely loves it. Despite the simplicity of the dish, she makes me feel like a world class cook! I cook it for her every Saturday morning, starting the recipe by sauteing onion and garlic. I serve it with a sprinkle of grated cheese, a bit of salt to taste and a dash of pepper for an exquisite flavor.

4.If you had an extra hour each day, what would you do?
If I had an extra hour each day, I would spend it reaching out to at least two women each day. These would be women from my circle of friends, family, my clientele, or anyone whom I haven’t touched base in a while, to let them pour their heart out and let them know I there for them always, ready to listen, and remind them how awesome they are, and that I believe in them.

5.Describe the dirtiest job you have ever had to do?
The dirtiest job I have ever had to do was to work in a place where constant comparison among employees was used to encourage them to do better, and people were made to feel as if their work was never good enough. As a growing organization, leaders had to quickly learn that this is not sustainable. To grow and flourish, establishing a culture of care, compassion, growth mindset, healthy competition and rewards was key.
