1.Tell us why anyone would want come to your hometown?
Osaka, Japan's second-largest city, combines historical richness with modern living. Known for its ancient tombs and unique skyscrapers, it has flourished as an economic and cultural hub. Osaka is the birthplace of Kamigata Rakugo and manzai, a form of popular entertainment, symbolizing its culture of laughter. As the "nation's kitchen," it offers diverse culinary delights. Its proximity to Kyoto and Kobe, reachable within an hour, further enhances its appeal.

2.What are the (2) most important things in your closet and why?
A simple black dress and white jacket are the most important because they suit me and are versatile. I've been told since childhood that black and white look good on me. Wearing that colors give an elegant and sophisticated vibe. They match any occasion, from formal ceremonies to casual outings, adapting to the scene perfectly. Additionally, the black dress has the practical benefit of not showing dirt easily.

3.What do you love to cook and why?
I love cocking chicken soup. It's easy, delicious, and nutritious. I simmer a whole chicken with bones and vegetables for over three hours. I use about seven seasonal vegetables: daikon radish and leeks in winter, cabbage and onions in summer. Garlic and celery are musts. It takes an hour to prep and makes enough for ten servings. We enjoy it for three days, sometimes turning it into curry, a family favorite.

4.If you had an extra hour each day, what would you do?
I read novels in the garden. I should have time to read, but months often pass before I realize it. I read work-related books out of necessity, but novels are different. If I had an extra hour each day, I’d leisurely read novels and share their stories with family and friends.

5.Describe the dirtiest job you have ever had to do?
A new field was to be built on an acquaintance's property, and I volunteered to dig up the soil with a shovel and my hands. The land was being dug up for the first time in about 100 years, and the ground was filled with garbage, dead animals, and smelled terrible. It was hard work, but when we were done, the soil was leveled, and we felt a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
